Yau was an amazing agent to work with. He was recommended by a few friends who he helped sell in the past. Yau is very knowledgeable, extremely responsive at all hours, provide updates every step of the way and really easy to work with. He understands what you want and provided a lot of guidance prior to the listing and eventually the open house. We received a few offers just after the first open house. We eventually accepted one of the above asking offers.

By far . The most professional experience and results ever.there was not anything they did that made me think differently .Even after the closing was complete , they continued to contact me and update me on status all along the process . This is my third time dealing with Yau and he amazes me every time I work with him. He listed and helped me to sell my NYC coop this time. Coop management company was extremely difficult to be dealt with but Yau had the patience and connections to resolve every hurdle out of the way with his masterful coop selling experience. When needed, Yau also has a team of knowledgeable people helping you with the whole selling and buying process including the banker, the home inspector, the attorney. I highly recommend Yau for all real estate needs!
